“EUROPOLIS” RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX
The “Europolis” residential complex occupies a special place among large number of attractive new buildings in Almaty as an example of the best combination of various favorable factors. There are many theories about choosing a place for a house. Some of them consider the location in the cardinal directions, other take into account landscape and natural factors.
The main task of the project is the creation of modern housing in a classical style, harmoniously combined with the natural wealth of Almaty foothills.
We managed to choose the best place for our complex, the purest mountain air makes it the top of a combination of favorable factors for human life. The complex is located on a vast area of 37 hectares in the foothills of Zailiyskiy Alatau.
The residential complex is fully equipped with modern telecommunications systems, a private boiler house from the German company Viessman, operating on eco-friendly gas, a water supply system with its own abstraction intake. Real-Service Company is engaged in maintenance and operation of the listed facilities and services of the Europolis residential complex infrastructure are connected to the central urban networks and can operate in an autonomous mode in case of a failure in networks. The Company has a stand-alone electrical substation in order to supply the complex with electricity. The Company built a stand-alone autonomous boiler house on gas fuel to develop the heat supply system of the complex.
